Yellow Door Room: Preschool Program
The Child Development Lab (CDL) Preschool Full-Day Program:
- Enrolls 20 children, ages two and a half to five years
- Is open 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Open 12 months a year
- Closed approximately 15 days for holidays
Enrollment
Enrollment is open to children in the community ages two and a half to five years with the goal to have a well-rounded, diverse group of children representative of the population of Columbia. The CDL reserves the right to enroll children based on sex, age, race, ethnicity, special needs, and low-income for the purposes of high-quality teacher training. The program is designed as a full-day, 10-hour child care program and serves the purposes of full-time employed parents best.
